New Families | Getting Started at SHS

Welcome to Sacred Heart as a newly enrolled family!

This page was designed just for you so that you are ready for your first day at school.

Please use the list below as a checklist before starting school:



Our New Family Orientation will take place on Thursday, August 27th at 5:30 pm in the gym. We encourage all families (including students) to come and learn about "Getting Started at SHS". This is also our “Meet and Greet” night, so you will be able to visit your student’s classroom and meet the teacher. Students are encouraged to attend. This is also a great time to drop off your student's classroom supplies!

All new families must complete a New Student Registration Form and submit it to the Front Office.

This is very similar to your Application but with expanded information. There is no fee connected with this form.
This is the same form that was mailed out with your Acceptance Letter.

Your Tuition Contract will be emailed to you. If you have not received it, please contact Gia LaMontagne at or call 603.926.3254.

Monthly payments plans are offered through FACTS Tuition Management.

Uniforms can easily be ordered from Lands' End Uniforms or Donnelly's Clothing.
Be sure to sign-up for Lands' End email coupons!
You are also welcome to visit our Uniform Closet in the gym for gently-used free items.
This closet is open during school hours (including summer hours M-TH 9am-1pm).
* During the summer of 2020, we ask that you call the office before coming to the school to make sure that someone will be present. Our office number is 603-926-3254.

All families are asked to fill out the forms listed below  before the beginning of each new school year.
A copy of your student's latest physical is also needed.

If you are entering during the school year, please fill them out and return before your first day of school.

Hot Lunch can be ordered each month once you set-up an account.

You will receive a reminder each month when the new menu is online and open for ordering.
Payment should be sent in with your printed invoice.
Students cannot buy lunch without having placed an order first.

Your Parents Web Account will allow you access to Student Information including grades, homework, lesson plans etc. It also includes access to the School Directory.

This is a valuable tool for the Jr. High classes especially.

Doors open - 8:00am
School begins - 8:10am
If your student arrives after 8:10am they will need to check in with Attendence (the Nurse) before going to class.
If your student will be absent, please call the Front Office and leave a message with the Nurse and email the teacher for any work that might be missed.

Final dismissal - 2:55pm

All students being dismissed early must be signed out at the Front Office before leaving.

If you have a last minute change to your student's regular dismissal, please call the Front Office.
If it is a planned changed, please advise the teacher as well as the Front Office.
