Greetings New & Returning Ski Club Families!
Ski Club registration is now available online through 10/24/25 for 5th – 8th Graders!
Below are the steps to register your child:
1. Register online at Gunstock here.
2. Complete the SHS Ski Club Registration Form here (Google Form).
3. Sign the SHS Bus Permission Form and send in with your child in an envelope marked SHS Ski Club – Jim Ball by 10/24/25.
4. Send a check for $150 (made out to SHS) for the bus and include with the field trip permission form by 10/24/25.

Ski Passes are good for the entire season, please see below for specific details. Pictures for your passes will be required and CAN be uploaded online during the registration process. Once Jim has all the paperwork in, he will work with the SHS front office to make sure Gunstock has the photos of our Ski Club participants. If you prefer to go to the mountain ticket office to have your child’s photo taken so that you can use the pass before the start of ski club, please let Jim know. Otherwise, the passes will be handed out at Gunstock on our first trip to the mountain on February 6th.

Program Name: Sacred Heart School - Ski Club 2026
Sign-Up Deadline: Friday, October 24th
Ski Club dates: Friday - February 6th, 13th & March 6th, 13th
Dismissal Time from SHS: 2:00pm (It is the students responsibility to communicate with their teacher(s) to get the assignments that they will miss.)
Return Time to SHS: No later than 9:30pm
Transportation: Pierce Transportation, Inc. (for students and chaperons)
The bus seats 50 students, so it is first come, first serve with priority given to 8th grade students.
Note: Riding the bus is an option, not a requirement to joining Ski Club.
Chaperons: 5 chaperons needed each week, to include:
1 hospital parent (who doesn’t ski & drives up in their own vehicle)
4 skiing chaperones
Note: 2 of the 4 chaperons are required to ride the bus
Costs: Gunstock Season Pass - Two Options | Price includes Lessons, Rentals and Lift Ticket
Option #1: $200.00 Monday – Friday (black-outs during weekends, holidays and vacation periods)
Option #2: $350.00 for 7 days a week (unrestricted/no black-out dates)
Coach Bus: $150.00/student – Check made out to SHS and returned with Bus Permission Form to SHS by 10/24/25 (if your student plans on riding the bus to/from Gunstock).
Lessons: If you sign your child up for lessons, they MUST take them for the full 4 weeks as Gunstock hires their instructors based on this.
Student Cell Phone Numbers: We will need student’s cellphone numbers for safety purposes for the night of ski club if we need to locate them.
Additional Details
Students registered in the Ski Club receive:
• a complimentary 50-minute lesson, during the 4 scheduled Program days;
• complimentary rentals, during the 4 scheduled Program days;
• (4) or (6) BFF 50% off Vouchers for friends and family depending on when you register;
• Midweek & Prime Season passes receive Lift Ticket Vouchers.
