UNIFORM CLOSET AT SHS

You can also “shop” for free at our Uniform Closet found in the gymnasium. This contains slightly used, donated school uniforms. This is open whenever the school is open.

ARRIVAL

Doors open - 7:55am 
School begins - 8:10am
If your student arrives after 8:10am they will need to check in with Attendence (the Health Office) before going to class.
If your student will be absent, please call the Front Office at 603-926-3254 and leave a message with the Health Office and email the teacher(s) for any work that might be missed. Jr.High students can check Google Classroom for assignments.

DISMISSAL

REGULAR DISMISSAL - 2:55pm - 3:10pm

EARLY DISMISSALS:
All students being dismissed early must be signed out at the Front Office before leaving.
Please send a note/email to your child's teacher if they will be picked up early.

CHANGE TO DISMISSAL DURING THE DAY:
If you have a last-minute change to your student's regular dismissal, please call the Front Office at 603-926-3254 or email jchristiana@shshampton.org.

EXTENDED CARE:
After-Care ends at 5:30pm.

On 12pm dismissal day, After-Care will end at 3:00pm. Please check the calendar for After-Care availability.

WILDCAT WALKERS:
This is an option for students who live close enough to be dismissed through the front door and walk home.
Please contact the front office (jchristiana@shshampton.org) with an email giving this permission throughout the year.

All families will receive (2) dismissal signs. 

Please email jchristiana@shshampton.org if:
You will need more than (2) signs
You will need carpool signs (names and how many)
You are interested in carpooling
 

* Please be sure to pick up your signs at Back to School on Aug. 28th!

Please note that “Wildcat Walkers” who are dismissed through the front door, is only available for students in grades 5-8 who live close enough to walk home. Permission is granted through an email from the parents to jchristiana@shshampton.org.

VOLUNTEER HOURS:

Wednesday, August 13th - 9am-1pm (for as long as you can come!)
Prepare our new dismissal signs by cutting and organizing as well as covering library books.
Hours count towards Parent Partnership hours!

This great resource will be offered for families:

Time: Dismissal - 5:30pm

Cost: $9 per hour per child

After Care is not available on Fridays before major holidays.
Please refer to the school calendar for exact days.

No sign-up required, just return this signed waiver (COMING SOON)

The Parent Portal is used to see student grades and lessons. It will be activated at the end of August and most used by our Jr. High teachers.

You will automatically be added to our automated alert system.

You will receive alerts (school closings etc.) via phone, text and email. If you would like to change these settings, please email Cheryl at cgrella@shshampton.org.
