Fun Run

What is the “Fun Run”?

Our “Fun Run” is our second-largest fundraiser for the school!
Students will seek sponsors for their time running or walking laps. 
The day includes raffles, fun ”tattoos", lots of “buddy-time” and a Jr. High “color run”! All events will take place at Sacred Heart School.

Any student raising a minimum of $100 for our Fun Run will receive a free “Fun Run” t-shirt! All 8th graders will receive a free t-shirt designed by a fellow 8th grader!

In memory of Carol Whittaker, our beloved Jr. High teacher who passed away on August 8, 2019, a percentage of all monetary donations will help to fund student scholarships in Carol’s name. Carol was known for her popular Jr. High power-walks to invigorate the students’ thought process.

Raffles Needed

MANY RAFFLE DONATIONS are needed to make this a fun and successful day! Students will have the opportunity to buy raffles tickets ($10 for 26) for a chance to win great prizes. All money goes directly to the school!

Attire

This is a dress-down day. Dress-down guidelines apply.

8th graders will receive a complimentary “Fun Run” t-shirt in advance to wear on “Fun Run” day. All students who raise a minimum of $100 in pledges will receive a "Fun Run" t-shirt in November.

Food

Pizza lunch, snacks and drinks will be provided to all students and staff. We will be relying on donations of snacks and water. All snacks must be individually wrapped, nut-free and store-bought. Please provide a water bottle for your child for the day.
